Intelligence of the Heart
In 2025, we are devloping a program designed to draw on the ‘intelligence of the heart’ based on HeartMath® Institute ‘heart-centered’ research and techniques, ancient wisdom, philosophy, and neuroscience. The program is being offered to a select group of health professionals. Based on our experience with this group the program will be refined and offered in 2026.
With radical change and chaos happening around us, we wish to share ways to nurture inner peace through discovering coherence that builds resilience so we are able to draw on the ‘intelligence of our hearts’ to live our ‘one wild and precious life’ creatively!
