Contemplation is both personal and communal, internal and external. It helps us let go of our usual, self-focused way of thinking and doing things so that our compassionate, connected, and creative self can emerge.

At CREATE13 Studios, we love moments of silence, moments alone for contemplation. These moments may be sitting by a cozy fire, walking in the woods, working in the garden, cooking in the kitchen, sitting at our beloved computers writing, or taking a contemplative walk with our camera.
